Refund Policy

1. Digital subscription service

PSA Tools provides access to digital tools and services immediately after subscription activation.

2. No general refunds

Because access is provided immediately, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Practical Safety Advisory does not generally provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, failure to use the service, or cancellation part way through a billing period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. No pro-rata refunds

Practical Safety Advisory does not generally provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

5. Billing errors and exceptional circumstances

Refund requests may be considered where there has been a duplicate payment, a billing error, or where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy. Any approved refund will be processed at the discretion of Practical Safety Advisory, subject to applicable law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
